Privacy Policy

Day 3 Adventures, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a software consultancy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide on day3adventuresllc.com (the “Site”).

We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through our contact form. That includes:

• Name and company
• Email address
• Project type, budget range, and the description you provide
• The page on the Site you submitted the form from
• A hashed identifier of your IP address (used solely to rate-limit submissions)
• Your browser's user-agent string (used for spam triage)

We do not use cookies or behavioral-tracking scripts. Page-view analytics are provided by Plausible, which is cookieless and does not personally identify you.

We use information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and conduct business communications related to that inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Inquiry records are retained indefinitely as part of our customer-relationship records. Daily backups of our database are retained for 30 days and then deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

We use the following service providers to operate the Site. Each is bound by their own published privacy commitments:

• Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, file storage)
• Resend (transactional email delivery for inquiry confirmations and notifications)
• Plausible Analytics (cookieless page-view analytics)

We do not set first-party cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. Firebase may set short-lived authentication cookies only on the admin section of the Site, which is not accessible to public visitors.

You may request that we (a) disclose what information we hold about you, (b) correct inaccurate information, or (c) delete your information. Email hello@day3adventuresllc.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The rights described in Section 7 apply equally to California residents.

All traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Inquiry data is stored in Google Firestore with strict access rules; only authorized members of our team can read inquiry submissions. We use Firebase App Check to mitigate abuse of the contact form.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days following publication.
